New cycle of Seven Years Seven Schools starts with the support of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation through the Program PARTIS - Artistic Practices for Social Inclusion

The project Seven Years Seven Schools of Cláudia Dias was one of those selected by the program PARTIS - Artistic Practices for Social Inclusion of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. Seven Years Seven Schools is a satellite project of the program Seven Years Seven Pieces of Cláudia Dias. The pieces of each cycle serve as a basis for a set of activities to be developed in four schools in Almada - Fernão Mendes Pinto High School and Francisco Simões High School - and Porto - Porto Trade School and Professional Youth Center of Campanhã -, whose objective is the development of personal skills and the enjoyment and artistic creation of young people between the ages of 15 and 20. The project relies on a broad network of partners, including O Teatro de Ferro, the team of sociologists of A3S and the Municipality of Almada. In March (16) the whole team, young people and teachers travel to Guimarães for the first meeting and sharing of the creation processes, and to attend the presentation of Wednesday: The Time of the Cherries.
